Terms & Conditions

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as outlined on our website.

Full payment must be received at least [X] days before the departure date for all confirmed bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of non-payment by the due date, Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the following terms:

• More than [X] days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.

• [X] to [X] days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than [X] days before departure: No refund.

For certain services, such as air tickets, hotel reservations, and tours, third-party cancellation policies may apply.

If you cancel or modify your booking after the services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to change the itinerary or services in case of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Travel Channel DMC does not provide travel insurance, but we can recommend policies if needed.

Travel Channel DMC acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not liable for any actions or omissions of these service providers.

Travel Channel DMC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during your trip, unless caused by our negligence.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary passports, visas, and travel documents required for your trip.

We will provide guidance on visa applications, but the responsibility for obtaining the appropriate visa remains with you.
