Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Travel Channel DMC (PVT) Ltd. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any bookings or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing, either by email or through our online booking system.

  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the type of service.

  • Once the payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation along with your itinerary and other necessary documents.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as outlined on our website.

  • Full payment must be received at least [X] days before the departure date for all confirmed bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the event of non-payment by the due date, Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the following terms:

    • More than [X] days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.

    • [X] to [X] days before departure: 50% refund.

    • Less than [X] days before departure: No refund.

  • For certain services, such as air tickets, hotel reservations, and tours, third-party cancellation policies may apply.

  • If you cancel or modify your booking after the services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

  • Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to change the itinerary or services in case of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

  • Travel Channel DMC does not provide travel insurance, but we can recommend policies if needed.

  • Travel Channel DMC acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not liable for any actions or omissions of these service providers.

  • Travel Channel DMC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during your trip, unless caused by our negligence.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary passports, visas, and travel documents required for your trip.

  • We will provide guidance on visa applications, but the responsibility for obtaining the appropriate visa remains with you.

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided during the booking process will only be used to process your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit for travel and that you take any necessary precautions for health and safety, including vaccinations and medical advice.

  • We recommend checking with your healthcare provider regarding travel health precautions and any specific requirements for the destinations you plan to visit.

  • During the trip, you are expected to behave in a manner that respects local cultures and laws.

  • Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to remove you from the tour if your behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others.

Travel Channel DMC will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if the failure is due to an event outside our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or strikes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

Travel Channel DMC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of the update.
